System Ownership

Own The Mission

The ARS Neutron™ is now available for direct system purchase. Bring acoustic testing capability in-house, on your schedule, under your control.

ARS works with organizations in three ways. Choose the model that fits your program. All three models are supported by ARS expertise. Whichever path you choose, you’re never on your own.

Testing As A Service

ARS manages everything: logistics, test conduct, and documentation. Zero internal overhead.
Test campaign packages available. Ask us about bundle pricing.

Best For:
Organizations testing 1–2 campaigns per year or without in-house test capability, one-off qualification campaigns and early-stage development campaigns.

System Ownership

You own the Neutron™ system. ARS provides periodic training and system certification.

Best For:
Campaigns doing rapid prototyping and testing, proliferated satellite programs running multiple test campaigns per year, programs doing workmanship screening, and NSS or SCIF programs that are restricted.

Hybrid

A system purchase is not the end of the ARS relationship. If your program occasionally demands a larger test article than your system is configured for, ARS can supplement with additional Neutron™ units from our own inventory.

Best For:
System owners with variable test article sizes, programs needing surge capacity, or organizations scaling towards full in-house capability.

Here Are The Five Reasons Organizations Choose To Own:

Test on Your Schedule

When a program demands rapid prototyping, workmanship screening for proliferated systems, or high-tempo R&D campaigns, waiting for third-party availability is not an option. Own the Neutron™ and test when the program requires it — not when a calendar allows it

Your Facility. Your Team. Your Test.

Classified and restricted programs, including National Security Systems (NSS) and programs operating within SCIF environments carry personnel access requirements that make bringing in external contractors complex and often impractical. With an in-house system your company is vertically integrated, and your cleared team runs the test. Full stop.

The More You Test, the Stronger the Case for Ownership.

For organizations conducting multiple acoustic tests per year or testing a fleet of units within a proliferated satellite program — the cumulative cost of Testing as a Service often exceeds the investment in ownership. We'll show you where the numbers cross over.

ARS Expertise Transfers with the System

Building in-house acoustic test capability is a strategic decision as much as a financial one. Every system sale includes periodic training, always-on support and ARS systems certification, so your team gains genuine operational expertise — not just access to equipment. Organizations that own the Neutron™ are building a durable, in-house DFAN capability that reduces program dependency on third parties.

Own the System. Keep the Partnership

A system purchase is not the end of the ARS relationship. Our Hybrid model means you can draw on ARS inventory and test support whenever you need it. Own the system. Keep the partnership.

Included With Every System

Every ARS System Sale is a complete, turnkey solution. Pricing is calculated per Neutron™ unit and includes all hardware necessary to conduct a test. Every sale includes a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) so your team has defined support commitments from day one.
