The ARS CORERACK is a purpose-designed amplification, signal processing and power distribution module for NEUTRON Systems.
CORERACK was built to perfectly match the power and bandpass-specific performance needs of ARS NEUTRON acoustic devices, as well as support all system drive and monitoring functions with plug-and-play connectivity.
Internal power distribution requires only a single 3-phase mains connection to energize the entire rack.
A single multi-pin DRV1 cable supplies up to 64 drive lines per rack, as well as real-time network monitoring of all amplifiers and power distribution units.
All NEUTRON DSP settings and protection limiters are stored in the amplification system to ensure safe and reliable operation with every use.
High power density minimizes setup and connection time for large test configurations, while on-board power and signal distribution maximizes flexibility for any size of configuration. The NEUTRON system offers scalability without compromise.
Finely tuned system protection limiters and OEM factor-set processing filters ensure that connected NEUTRON devices are always optimized and protected, while both automatic and human-interface interlocks provide redundant safety protections for both personnel and hardware.
The CORERACK furnishes the perfect hub for NEUTRON System operation. A poke-yoke approach ensures that each cable has its own unique connection point. The One Amplifier – One Cable – One NEUTRON connectivity offers error-saving simplicity.

Built-in, automated safety limiters protect each amplifier from power-related anomalies, while handheld safety abort switches provide additional redundant protection. The entire system can be safed with the press of a button, and no extraneous audio signals pass during a safety-related shutdown.
The CORERACK is electrically efficient, with each amplifier running at very high mains voltage levels, as well as automatically balancing its load across three phases to decrease systemwide current draw and significantly improve thermal performance.
